CPE Credits

The ExcelCEO series of courses are offered for CPE credits under ClineSys. ClineSys is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 150 Fourth Avenue North, Suite 700, Nashville, TN, 37219-2417. Web site: www.nasba.org.

To claim CPE credits under NASBA guidelines, the CPA must successfully complete a ClineSys course within one year from the date of purchase. The CPE credits for each chapter of each course are available by clicking on the links to the right. To obtain the Certificate of Completion for each chapter upon completion, log in with your email and password, and click on the Certificates link to print a copy of the Certificate of Completion. Please note that ExcelCEO courses qualify as technical study under the states that distinguish between technical and non-technical courses.

As of December 31, 2010, the student can take up to two retests on final exams that were failed. After the second retest (or the third time to take the final exam), the student cannot receive CPE credits for the course. Before taking any ClineSys course, please check the CPE requirements of your state to ensure they will accept our courses. You can check your state's requirements at Learning Market.org
