When shaking hands, have a firm handshake. One of the most frustrating things is when people have a "dead-fish" handshake. Sometimes I feel like I'm hurting people when I have a firm handshake and they don't. A wimpy handshake lacks confidence. A good firm handshake looking right in their eyes is always a good sign.
